TALKTOOLS® INNOVATIVE THERAPIST INTERNATIONAL (‘TALKTOOLS’) USA. Renee is a speech & language pathologist with 10 years of professional experience. She currently works with Sara Rosenfeld-Johnson at Innovative Therapists International in Tucson, Arizona & is clinical director of SRJ TherapiesTM. She is responsible for providing therapeutic, assessment & program planning for adults & children with oral-motor, feeding & motor speech deficits. Renee is a lecturer for professional enhancement courses as part of TalkTools®/ITI’s speaker’s bureau, author of the TalkTools® Apraxia Kit & co-author of Ice Sticks. She presents one- & two-day courses on Oral-Motor Therapy techniques, Apraxia & Assessment & Program Plan development & has presented at numerous ASHA state level conventions. She also provides parent/home interventionist training seminars to implement home-based oral-motor programs. Renee has been an invited speaker for ASHA (American-Speech-Language-Hearing Association) state conventions. She has professional affiliations with ASHA, the Arizona, Speech-Language & Hearing Association & the Texas Speech-Language & Hearing Association. Renee holds a Masters of Science Degree in Speech & Language Pathology from the University of Alabama & has received special training in speech/oral-motor/feeding therapy, Apraxia, Sensory Processing disorders, Hanen courses, NDT training, TAMO therapy & PROMPT.
